This Privacy Policy explains information processing on Outfit Color Matcher. Privacy questions can be sent through the Contact page.

Information you provide

If the contact form is configured and used, it processes the name, email address, subject, message, and acknowledgement you submit. You may also voluntarily include other information in your message. Please do not send photographs, payment details, health information, body measurements, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Information processed automatically

The hosting provider may process standard server and security logs when pages are requested. These logs can include an IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, response status, and security events. The exact hosting-log practices and retention are controlled by the hosting provider and account configuration.

How matcher selections are processed

Your main color, occasion, season, and style selections are processed in your browser to generate results. The matcher does not save those selections to an account or database. No analytics events currently transmit the selected values.

Why information is processed

Cookies and similar technologies

Outfit Color Matcher does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or local storage for matcher results. The current tool does not require a consent preference. If analytics, advertising, or a consent platform is added, the live controls and this policy must be updated before those services are enabled.

Analytics

Google Analytics and other visitor analytics services are not currently installed.

Advertising

Google AdSense and other advertising services are not currently active. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the providers, cookies or similar technologies, consent choices, personalized or non-personalized advertising settings, and ways to manage preferences.

Service providers

The website is prepared for Hostinger Node.js hosting. Hostinger may process server and security information needed to deliver and protect the service. Contact-form messages are sent only when a mail provider has been configured through protected server environment variables. No contact credentials are exposed in frontend code.

Retention

Matcher selections are not retained by the tool. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider and account settings. Contact messages, once delivery is configured, should be retained only while reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Exact periods must be confirmed from the final provider settings.

Sharing and disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website or deliver contact messages, when needed for security and fraud prevention, or when required by law. The website does not currently sell products or operate a system for selling personal information.

International processing

Hosting or future service providers may process information in countries outside a visitor’s location. Applicable provider safeguards and settings should be reviewed when the live services are finalized.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or data portability, and to complain to an appropriate authority. These rights do not apply identically in every location. Submit a request through the Contact page.

Children’s privacy

The website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. The matcher does not ask for age, photographs, location, or personal attributes.

Data security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used for live hosting and contact delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
